"I'm home and doing well, thanks to Windsor House"

It's now 9 weeks out of Winsor house, i have been using a local gym to get myself back to the level of fitness i was at before i became ill, i lost over 4 stone in weight. Now almost back to 13 st 4 lbs. I am now able to sleep better 6/7 hours a night. If any problems arise i am able to manage them very well, as named before a nurse Anne Marie advised me how to cope.

Her favorite saying was "it will be alright in the morning". At first this drove me mad, then i slowly understood what she meant. I have just booked a holiday for myself go away in June, in december my life was so diffrent, There were young lads at the unit so sad to see them so unwell, (there for the grace of god go i).
