I was seen punctually.The treatment procedure was explained very well and the actual treatment was done with care, efficiency and with plenty of humour. Ater care was explained so there was no doubt about what I should do. A further appointment was made, for the next day.
I felt relaxed, well looked after and in safe hands. Both the Podiatrist (Rachel) and her assistant (Claire) were friendly, efficient and kept me amused. An excellent experience and I am very grateful for their expertise.
I have seen the podiatrist again today and once again her efficiancy and clear explanation of what I should do were excellent.
