What I liked

During a truly awful time, I was treat with care and compassion on F4. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so friendly and worked hard. If it weren't for the circumstances, I almost felt like I was in a hotel!! After being discharged, the follow up was fantastic too, I was treat like an old friend every time I attended. Thank you so much.

What could be improved

There is nothing they could improve upon.
