(as the patient),

It was so nice to:

1) See the specialist and be examined.

2) Get and x-ray immediately

3) See the specialist for result

4) Get treatment - a steriod injection

5) Told what future care plan will be

ALL IN ONE VISIT!

I saw Mr John Fotheringham - an absolute gem. A breath of fresh air. Clear and concise in this discussion of my problem. I like not having to repeat trips back for x-ray appointments and then results. This is SO much better. Thank you.
