"Golden Jubilee is the cleanest and friendliest hospital I've been to"

About: Golden Jubilee National Hospital / Orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Going into hospital to have my knee replaced wasn’t something I was looking forward to, but I was put at ease right away and had everything explained clearly. I stayed on ward 2 west. The whole range of staff that I came into contact with were first class and nothing was a bother in fact it was quite the opposite they couldn’t do enough for me.

Unlike other hospitals I’ve been in (both NHS and private) there was never a mention of "this isn’t really my job" or "I'm busy" which was a refreshing change. The choice of meals and serving was second to none.

If all surgeons, nurses, catering staff and cleaners had the same attitude as the employees in this hospital I don’t think there would be a single complaint about any hospital. My surgery was followed by good monitoring of my wellbeing and condition of my pain. I would also like to say that the Golden Jubilee is one of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been in, if not the cleanest and friendliest.
