What could be improved

A&E waiting times are always ridiculous, staff can be somewhat rude, dismissive and seemed quite sceptical about problems I was experiencing.

Anything else?

Waiting times in A&E must improve; it is definitely a cause for concern. The department itself seemed to look a little understaffed and the employees were there didn't seem to be doing much.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments. We're sorry that your experience at our A&E department didn't meet your expectations. In terms of times to treatment, admission or discharge, our hospital is actually the best performing general acute trust in the North West against the national four hour standard.
