What I liked

As far as i'm concerned my whole experience was excellent from start to finish! Appointment booking, booking in, ward cleanliness, facilites, patient care & been dis-charged. I had an endoscopy & sigmoidoscopy both on the same day & the whole experience was made a lot easier with the outstanding service provided.

What could be improved

NOTHING!!

Anything else?

This hospital has a bad reputation in our area, but please don't pre-judge! My experience was nothing but positive.
