As an organisation we strive to deliver high quality care at all times and it is very disappointing for us to read your ratings and feedback about the care you have received.

You obviously feel that there have been problems with the hospital environment, your care and the staff involved – all of which we take very seriously. Your comments have been passed onto the Manager and Matron for Gynaecology, who will ensure that your feedback is shared with staff, so that improvements can be made.
