"Terrible hospital with staff who don't know what..."

About: Chase Farm Hospital

What I liked

The admission nurse who dealt with my boyfriend on admission was friendly

What could be improved

The nurse who gave my boyfriend and me his colonoscopy result had no clue about what she was talking about, telling us my boyfriend had been diagnosed previously with a condition he hadn't been. I told her she was wrong and that it was a different condition to which she said its the same thing, when actually it isn't. When I told her it wasn't the same she got a bit of an attitude and asked who l was. You should not put responsibility on someone who clearly doesn't understand what she is saying. I found all the recovery staff bar one extremely rude. I already had a dislike for this hospital as they misdiagnosed my appendicitis and now after this I am furious that yet again the staff don't seem to know what they are doing. I will be attending my boyfriends clinic follow up, only to get him referred to a hospital that actually have an ability to give out correct information and treatment. Stay clear of this hospital, probably the worst I have ever been in.

Anything else?
