These are comments I have made to the hospital recently:

"I am writing in response to your current poster feedback campaign "How Are We Doing?".

I have over the last few months had occasion to visit the St Andrews dressings area where my companion has been receiving a series of treatments. Despite the very busy nature of the area my companion has been treated with the utmost kindness on every visit we have made. Waiting has been kept to minimum and importantly we have always been kept well informed of any delays. Thank you for such good service.

Thank you also for the very high standard of treatment which I have enjoyed over a period of a week or so when I required emergency help for for chest pain problems. The emergency fast response team and medical auxiliaries have to be congratulated for what has to be described as outstanding attention and treatment. I was given the best possible care and attention at all times. "
