"Lovely staff - breathtaking shop selling unhealthy..."

What I liked

I'm delighted that hospitals must provide same-sex accommodation - the last thing you want is to feel uncomfortable with someone of the opposite sex in the next bed when you're feeling ill!!

What could be improved

I think it is appalling that as soon as you enter the hospital, there on the right hand side is a shop selling the most unhealthy food options you can find - cream doughnuts, pies, etc etc - as if the general population needs to eat more fat, carbs and sugars.

A hospital should be setting an example on how to be healthy, and practise what it (the health service) preaches.
