What I liked

I have just had a Total Hip Replacement at King George's Hospital in Goodmaze.I have to compliment you on the exceptional care I received, both before, during and after my stay. 

All the way along I have been dealt with in a professional and caring way.

At  King Georges I have to mention the theatre and anaesthetic staff, the recovery personnel and the Dahlia ward staff for the wonderful way I was treated.  The COPE service is superb and it would be disaster to lose the facility as the Nurses are experts in orthopaedic after care. 

You certainly have got it right as far as professionalism and friendliness and the whole thing could not function without the exceptional teamwork amongst all the concerned departments

What could be improved

My only comment is that the Night staff do not appear to be as well qualified. Q
