What I liked

Friendly reception & staff. Caring treatment. Willing attention to personal needs - just what I have come to expect at Lymington Hospital!

What could be improved

I expected to have Wifi access available whilst I underwent my extended infusion treatment. There was a network available, but patients were not allowed to know the password, apparently because of fear of hacking! I found that insulting, although I did not blame or criticise the nursing staff for this Administration problem. Can you reconsider, or install a separate public Wifi in the building?

Anything else?

Overall a friendly Hospital with excellent staff.

Thank you for your kind comments regarding Lymington New Forest Hospital.

In relation to your concerns relating to not being able to use Wi-Fi whilst under going your treatment, although the hospital does have Wi-Fi this is purely to ensure that specific services within the hospital are able to run. We do not offer Wi-Fi facilities for patients or visitors presently but I have ensured that the Non Clinical Services Manager has been made aware of your feedback.
