Completely outraged by the absolutly appalling treatment we had from the Warrington hospital staff, and the state of the hosp is disgraceful as well.
Some hospital staff's bedside manner training and basic hygiene training seem absent.
I thought there was a limit to how many times nurses and other staff are allowed to use the hand hygiene gels before they have to wash their hands with soap and water - I witnessed some nurses using hand gel 20+ times in between seeing to patients, making drinks, peeing ect - I found this disgraceful!
