I really want to thank my GP.
My GP, Dr J, is the best GP ever. She has done so much for me in the last few months and has really helped and supported me.
If there was an award for GP of the year then I would nominate Dr J over and over until she won, as she deserves recognition for the excellent job she does. Thank you. Xxx
