Staff and nurses in ward were welcoming and friendly. Kept me updated with what was happening and even had time for a chat.
However, the same could not be said for the consultant (not my own) who did not introduce themselves and I felt they rushed through the consent procedure offering no information as to what they were doing in the procedure. I also had to ask a nurse to tell me if they found anything on discharge and she had to go and dig out paperwork.
