Why Weight has been great, a big help. It was the first time we've needed this sort of service, but my husband has lost two stone, and I've lost a stone and a half. It was just what we needed health-wise, and losing weight has helped me with other health conditions like arthritis in my feet.
We no know how to east better, and the length of the course was just right for giving us all of the information we needed. Tina and Annette were great, really going through everything we needed. The aftercare and ongoing support was also fantastic. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
The group was good, we all stuck together. It was just a shame the course ended two weeks earlier than it should have done!
