What I liked
I was admitted to CCU in Dec 11, and was treated with dignity and respect the whole time. I had been admitted to CCU the year previously, and some of the nurses remembered me, which I thought was nice. Cardiology in general is fantastic, the receptionists are lovely, the consultants are great and the cardiac technicians who check my pacemaker are two of the coolest guys ever!
What could be improved
Nothing I can think of.
