What I liked
Nothing
What could be improved
Waiting times were awful, was not given the correct paperwork to leave and had to call my own taxi home as the staff were incompetent. Staff behind the desk wasn't fully trained. The word 'emergency' clearly doesn't apply. Private healthcare it is then....

Thank you for this posting. I am sorry to read that you had a bad experience in our A+E department. I am pleased to say that we have just recruited a new matron for emergency medicine. She will commence in post shortly and we will be working closely together to ensure that we continue to improve our service based on patient feedback.
