What I liked

During a brief stay on Ward 22 last week, and in the radiology department CT scannnig facility, I was welcomed and treated with the utmost care and kindness. Everyone I encountered was not only professional but also courteous, kind and caring. My privacy and dignity were respected throughout my stay and treatment was first class. All the staff were a real credit to Heartlands Hospital.
