What I liked

I have nothing but praise for the staff at Frimley Park Hospital for their competence, friendliness and for treating patients as individuals rather than just another routine operation. I have had a number of encounters with Frimley Park including 2 C-Sections and all the wards and staff I have come into contact with have been absolutely fantastic and an asset to the hospital. They have always shown sensitivity and professionalism whilst maintaining a 'human' side and we are so lucky to have this as our local hospital.

What could be improved

Occasionally waiting times for some of the consultants was quite lengthy and parking is always an issue at the hospital as there is not enough of it and it usually seems to be pretty full most of the time.

We’re very grateful to you for taking the time to post this comment. We will make sure as many staff as possible are made aware of it. We will also take on board your comment about waiting times for some consultants. In recent years we have been investing in recruiting more consultants to provide consultant delivered services, as we believe this is one of the best ways to improve patient safety and the quality of care. Car parking is an issue we’re aware of. We envisage that this will get slightly better when contractors finish on site and we get some spaces back. There are no easy answers but we are also looking at some longer term solutions to parking problems for visitors and staff.
