What I liked

I recently attended the antenatal clinic for my 13 week scan. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming. My appointment was on time which i wasn't expecting as it was a late afternoon appointment. The sonographer was lovely and made both myself and my husband at ease and took the time to explain everything we were seeing on the scan and make conversation. The reception staff them organised my next appointments and were again very friendly. All in all it was a very refreshing hospital experience!

What could be improved

Nothing.
