What I liked
The Staff were exceptional!
All the medical staff went out of there way to be accommodating, nothing seemed too much trouble. Every step of the process was explained in detail, i was able to contact the nurse if i had any questions and she would phone me back i she had been busy. I had total confidence in the medical staff.
The renal ward was spotless, constantly cleaned and checked
What could be improved
The food was inedible! for my duration in hospital i didn't eat!
i would have been happy to pay for decent food, something healthy
i also don't drink milk so toast would have been nice for breakfast.
i do feel that if people get better and stronger sooner if they eat and perhaps
there could even be an option to buy a salad sandwich from marks and Spencer or the hospital cafe
Also it would be nice if there was small a room where patients could make a cup of tea and perhaps toast.
"Fantastic staff awful food"
