What I liked
The car park.
What could be improved
My mother was admitted just before Christmas. She's 89. While she was there, she had three falls, one of which whacked the back of her head, making her extremely unsteady - and therefore much more likely to fall - and one which broke her hip. The attitude of the staff was 'What else could we have done?' Quite a lot, I think. Being vigilant would have helped. . Relatives trying to visit my mother on one occasion could not find any nurses, either on the desk, in the wards or the corridors. It was close to Christmas so let's just shrug.
"Leave this place alone and go to Stroud. Great..."
