Been suffering from gradual loss of sight in right eye for about two and a half years due to cataract.
Saw a spcialist at Hull Royal (Mr Vize). Said he would sort it for me. Went in about 10 weeks later, (was very anxious for ages beforehand). Nursing staff could not have been nicer, put you at ease immediately. Anyway, done and dusted in operating theatre within 1/2 hour.
People tell you that there is nothing to Cataract Surgery. Until you have it done you don't realise how true this is. This is in part due to a great service from a specialist team of people.
