The professional and efficient manner in which the lady explained everything at the outset and the way in which she summed up of what was to be done next following what turned out to be a 50 minute session could not in my view have been bettered. Throughout, the interview was conducted with crystal clear clarity and understanding.

While I offered my personal acknowledgement of the foregoing to Sister Marshall at the conclusion of the session, my bet is that she won't relay it outside of her own 4 walls! Hence this note to put it on formal record, please.

As a separate matter, while waiting in the Fracture Clinic area I also noted that the Duty Receptionist was not only very polite but sensitively informative to the waiting patients by keeping them aware of delays. Well done!
