What I liked

I was told to attend here for a blood sample in preparation for a regular post treatment checkup to be held at Newcastle (North Staffs). I found the access and parking to be the best I have ever encountered at an NHS hospital. The waiting time was minimal,and the staff were all friendly, efficient and seemed happy at their jobs. The fact that the parking was actually FREE came as a shock. What a change from Leighton (which is much nearer to my home). For my regular checkups, I have choice of Phlebotomy clinics which I can attend - This will be my first choice from now on!
