What I liked
All medical staff because they always treat you with respect and dignity at all times, from the moment you go though the doors of either UCC or A&E, also right though from ICU, HDU and all wards. They never give up on you no matter what and also treat you as if you are they only patient even though they have other patients, which I think is brilliant. Even my friends who have been inpatient themselves in either one of the above units and wards have said exactly the same as me.
What could be improved

Security
Anything else?
Me and my friends would to say a big thank you to all medical staff for the wonderful care though out they stay as a inpatient
