What I liked

I attended the breast clinic to have a lump investigated.i was very anxious but felt at ease on arriving.all the staff were very caring explaining at every stage what was happening.i saw the doctor had a mammogram and an ultra sound which found I had a cyst which was drained immediately.this whole procedure took two and a half hours. I left the hospital happy and grateful it had all been dealt with at the one visit without having to return or wait for results etc

What could be improved

I went to my gp on 07/02/12 ,I had my appointment on 16/02/12 which I know is only ten days but these were very stressful days waiting for my appointment.it would be nice if there was a quicker appointment

Anything else?

All the staff were wonderful and worked very hard
