my only complaint was when I ws seen in A&E prior to admission. It involved having xrays and I was seen by the grupiest rudest nurse ever. I came into A&E with aafractured shoulder which caused excruciating pain. I was asked to place my arm on an xray board which was excruciating to do, and needed alot of time to do. The nusrse became very impatient telling me that if I wasn't quicker then she would leave me because she had many other patients to see, the phone ws constantly ringing, and that she hadn't had her lunch break. None of these things were my fault, and I hated the way I was treated. This nurse needed to control her patience when dealing with patients in considerable pain, to show more smypathy.
