I recently attended a cardiology appointment with a Dr of cardiology. The service offered was very pleasant and hassle free. Treated with respect from start to finish.
However I did feel 3 hours was rather a long time to be in the clinic. With a more detailed schedule I think 30 minutes could have been saved. The reason for this is when a patient books or is given an appointment time the receptionist tells patients to arrive 30 minutes before the allocated time. The reason given is that a ECG or similar is done beforehand. This does not happen and the patient is waiting 30 mins for no reason.
