What I liked

I was admitted to chorley to have my hip replaced and I was on sellers ward for 2 weeks and I cannot thank the staff and all who work on the ward enough. I smiled and cried and everytime someone was there to help and support me. My consultant was fantastic and a credit to chorley hospital. I was involved in my care and informed of any appts throughout my stay. I am due for another operation as a day case in april and I'm sure the care I will recieve will be 100%.

Much thanks to the staff and my consultant you make a difficult time for me a pleasure.

What could be improved

The only thing I can think of to improve is the consistancy of staff passing information to doctors who come over to assess you as I had a doctor come over to me and did not even know I had both hips replaced and looked at my notes and not a word was said :( this is the only bilp I had.
