(as a relative),

The accident and emergency doctor who cared for my daughter recently was an outstanding, empathetic and perceptive clinician. We greatly appreciated his outstanding medical knowledge, skill, and ability. The other members of staff are of course greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I am so pleased to hear that, at as stressful a time as visiting Accident and Emergency, the Doctor who looked after your daughter gave you such a good expererience and such confidence in the care he was providing. We are very proud of our A&E staff and they will be very grateful to receive your posting, it's a real boost to get great feedback from patients.
