What I liked
The staff are a credit to the hospital.
What could be improved
The were not enough signs in the Accident & Emergency waiting area telling people to turn off their phones, whist the TV screen advertises accident insurance etc would it not be possible to put turn off & do not use your phone notices on the screen. I have just spent 2 hours in the waiting area & during that time there was always somebody on the phone, not just young people but all sorts, just plain selfish.

Thank you for recognising the hard work and effort our staff put in to providing excellent patient care. We have taken on board your comments about the mobile phones and TV screens in A&E and are looking into these issues.
