What I liked

My Wife and I were on Holiday arriving Hotel on 30/01/2012 and called Abulance service 0600 hrs on 31st Jan, getting to Torbay AEU for 8am greeted very well and as we had to wait were offered refreshments (and accepted) a couple of times, in fact I finished up in the AEU Ward Bay 7, for 4 days 3 nights, and cannot fault any think that took part the whole time I was there, as I had displaced a 18 year old Hip replacement I was unable to walk, but all staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible I wanted for nothiing.

and want to thank all who were on that ward / bay7 from Tuesday 31st Jan t0 Friday 3rd Feb.

What could be improved

very little, in such a busy invironment, other than able to pick all grateful patients
