What I liked

I found the nurses very hard working with compasion for the patient except one who was a bully why she made nursing as a career is beyond me she would be great in a boot camp ,a real nasty piece of work,I also had issues with one sister and a matron both were not willing to listen about my concerns both treated me with contemt ,I wouldnt advice going to pendle unless they sort the staff out the ordernary nurses work realy hard the staff higher up the ladder need to loose the prima dona attitude and listen to carers because they do know what they are talking about .

What could be improved

get rid of the bullies and take notice of carers ,in must cases the carers know more about the patient than you do keep up to date with the patients notes that is very important
