Good service and excellent doctor

About: The Royal Victoria Infirmary / Accident & emergency

(as the patient),

I was treated in the RVI in Newcastle 2 nights ago.

Despite them being very busy with lots of ambulances, police and lots of other patients on stretchers, they were very efficient and had service with a smile.

The doctor who looked after me was a lovely Scottish doctor with an excellent manner who was very knowledgable and sensible.

Not enough good things are said about the NHS, this Casualty department is a success.
