"The best nursing care ive ever received."

What I liked

I have been on St Michaels ward a few times, for breast surgery which isnt pleasent. The staff made me laugh which is nice, when you are in such a vunerable state. I felt low a couple of times but there was always a nurse for a cuddle or to make you laugh to get you out of that gloomy mood. One of the ward cleaners is exceptional she could not do enough for me, the ward was in prestine condition always clean.

What could be improved

The day room is more like a waiting room not very comfortable, after having major surgery. It would be nice if the dayroom looked and felt more homely as I was in hospital for nine days.
