What I liked

My wife fell in the icy weather. She had two fractures to the rh wrist. All the staff from Reception onwards were absolutely phenomenal. Courteous, professional, and efficient. The clinicians could not have done anything else to lessen the stress of visiting an A&E and provided an absolutely excellent service.
