"At the New Victoria Hospital the staff made you feel like a friend"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

Really friendly, casual, chatty experience but all smooth and efficient.

All in all far less stressful or traumatic than expected.

Such a change from the startched approach of the old days, the staff made you feel as if you're a friend!

Very many thanks for your kind and thoughtful remarks about the service, I am sure that the staff in the day surgery unit will be thrilled to read these comments.

Thanks again for taking the time and trouble to write, it means a great deal to the staff involved to recieve this feedback.
