What I liked

thought i was going to pass out with the pain from an infected tonsil, but every single staff from the a&e traige nurse to the nurses and doctors in the urgent care unit to the two brill ent doctors, to the nurses on cedar ward, blew my mind with their effeciency and niceness.

thank you to everyone, thank you, thank you, thank you. you really are all lifesavers.
