What I liked
my dad was an inpatient in this hospital for three weeks. during that time he received excellent care, the staff were approachable, kind, funny and generally just lovely people. nothing was ever too much trouble.
your food is served, hot and looks tasty. the hospital was very clean and everbody from nurses, doctors,cleaners were all friendly.
What could be improved
nothing.
Anything else?
my father has since passed away but i will never forget the kindess shown to him at the Hammersmith hospital
