What I liked

I was treated as a Heart Attack Patient.

Nurse and Doctor were very caring and Friendly.

Monitoring me all the time.

What could be improved

Receptionist, could of been more friendly and caring.

Waiting time for other patients could of been quicker.

Parking fee to be amended, if you are visiting A&E as a patient, to only pay £0-50p. Not more than that.

Doctors could of told me why I had a burning feeling within the left hand side of the front of my head, which to this day comes and goes.

Anything else?

In general I was very happy with the care I received on the afternoon that I visited A & E.

Maybe it was because I was treated as a Heart Attack Patient, and I saw a doctor and nurse right away.

I found the doctor and nurse that treated me to be very understanding and caring all the time.

All I ask, please don't close or move George Eliot. Coventry Hospital is to far for some people to travel to, plus there is never any parking at Coventry Hospital and the parking is to expensive.
