What I liked
The nurses and doctor I saw were caring and competent. Especially when dealing with personal/difficult issues. They were not patronising like some can be to younger patients (I am 20 years old) but were still 'warm'' in their attitude.
What could be improved
Nothing.
Anything else?
It took the nurse one try to take my blood (which has never happened before) and it wasn't at all painful which was impressive.
