"Not so pleasent!"

What I liked

I liked the care and attention of some ot the mid-wifes.

What could be improved

- The staff can work a bit better in terms of informing the patients about what they plan to do next.

- Some of the mid-wife’s very extremely rude and one in particular made my wife cry. bearing in mind she is a new mom, I am extremely dis-satisfied with the kind of respect they have shown. I was amazed how we can be treated like that but had to keep quite as my wife has to stay a couple of nights at the hospital..

- Respect the feelings of the Patients and keep them well informed of what is happening.
