What I liked

waited 4.5hours for 1 stich .one person was treated in 4 hour wait no rush at all doctors and nurses too busy socializing with security staff.An 81yr lady who had been in a n e at 3.30am got a taxi to her doctors at 8.30am because no one was beeing seen.

What could be improved
