"if I could choose then I would pick the QEQM"

What I liked

My elderly mother was recently admitted to your hospital and I would just like to thank everyone involved in her recovery.She was in Sandwich Bay ward and I was impressed with the quality of care that she received from all members of staff.They were friendly,courteous and caring and did a very professional job,including the guys that did the food & drinks and the young man that cleaned the tv's.Five years ago my daughter was in intensive care in Kings College,London and apart from the fact that it was 1 to 1 care there, I can say that the QEQM equalls Kings otherwise.

What could be improved

only a minor point but as I had to travel there after work I didn't arrive until about 18.45, I spent time with mum and left at the end of visiting at 8. For me,it would have been nice if the restaurant was open until 9 as I could have had my dinner there rather than having an unhealthy take-away when I got home at 9.
