"Very good!"

About: St Albans City Hospital

What I liked

I was not kept waiting for longer than about 10 minutes although the waiting time was shown as one hour. The nurse examined my head injury and told me what she was doing while she treated it. She gave me some spare plasters and advice on care to take during the healing process.

I couldn't have been treated better!

What could be improved

Can't think of anything!

Anything else?

Fortunately I was able to drive to the hospital, having been turned away from my local surgery which is in my road!

However, if my injury meant I was unable to drive or, like my wife, I have never driven, how would I get from Bricket Wood to the hospital?
