What I liked

the new refurbished blood test area was modern & clean , the staff were calm, efficient & polite ,

the nurse was kind and gentle i did not feel the needle at all .

I had arrived early , @ 7.50am expecting to wait a while , however my blood sample was taken within minutes and I was departing the department 10min later .

What could be improved

Nothing , the visit and treatment was excellent .

Anything else?

The modernisation and cleanliness is to be applauded
