What I liked
The consultant tried very hard to canulate my daughter and did so making sure it was quick and as painless as possible, she acknowledged me and smiled!
The Consultant, fab ENT clinician, always left you fully informed and confident about the plan of care, really nice and courteous.
What could be improved
The quality of the nurses. Ones with personalities that were not clinically vacant and gave a damn would be good.
